Inspired by reading a post over on Ask Johnny!, I decided to add a page discussing the training and development of Documentum resources. With the continuous shortage in quality Documentum technical resources, the ability for organizations to build talent is paramount. I hope that this page will allow the community to approach staffing from a slightly different angle.
